When my wife and I started our company, we dedicated countless hours of our lives to increasing our knowledge and expertise of the real estate industry through various courses and seminars in preparation of creating our company.
Throughout this extensive process, we developed a strong foundation of real estate knowledge and training. We have also had the opportunity to connect with a national network of investors that provide continued support and weekly training on changes throughout the industry.
Our core business lies within our systems, education and knowledge of the real estate industry.
Our focus is on providing SOLUTIONS for homeowners and finding VALUE for our buyers and investors by locating distressed properties and putting them back into use after renovation in order to improve the overall quality of our local communities.

Our Story
When my wife and I decided to create Evergreen Property Solutions, LLC, we set out with the primary mission of helping buyers and improving the overall quality of our local neighborhoods and communities in and around the city of Atlanta.
We knew in order to achieve our goals and provide the highest possible level of service to our clients, we would have to put in the necessary time and work to increase our overall knowledge of the real estate industry.
So that is exactly what we did. We invested our time and money into an extensive real estate educational program, and through countless hours of courses, seminars, and training sessions, we have gained the knowledge necessary to succeed in this industry.
Before creating Evergreen Property Solutions, both my wife and I have had successful careers in the healthcare industry, where we have always enjoyed having the opportunity to help people improve their overall quality of life on a daily basis through our care.
As much as we love and cherish our careers in healthcare, we realize we also have the ability and opportunity to help a number of individuals and local communities through the real estate industry.
